About Ines

My Story: From Struggle to Strength

Hi, I’m Ines Harrison, a nutritional therapist, wellness advocate, and mum of three. I’m originally from East Germany and have called Scotland home for over 20 years.

My health journey began with a major challenge: I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition in my twenties. Doctors told me I’d need strong medication for the rest of my life and that I would never be able to have children.
But deep inside, I didn’t believe that was the end of the story.

I trusted my body’s innate ability to heal. And against all odds, I became a mother. Not just once, but three times.

Why I Walked Away from “Success”

For 15 years, I had what many would call a successful career in finance. But the constant juggling between work, health, and family left me exhausted and out of alignment with what really mattered to me: freedom, authenticity, health, time, and purpose. I quickly realised that with two small children I was reaching my limits, both internally and externally.

So, I made a bold decision. I left my corporate career and followed my passion. I studied naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I wanted to help others reclaim their health and feel empowered in their choices.

But running my own business alone was harder than expected. I missed being part of a team, and the pressure of finding clients, marketing, and doing it all myself felt overwhelming. I wanted to make a difference. I loved my work with all my heart, and emotionally it fulfilled me, but financially it didn't support me. At the time, my husband financially supported our family. That created a certain dissatisfaction in me as well. I still believe that people who work in social, therapeutic, healing or supportive professions deserve to be financially supported by their work too. Money is an important resource. It can give us a sense of security and allow us to relax into our work and do what we genuinely love. Because for most Mentors, Coaches, Yoga Teachers, Therapists and others similar professions, their work really is a matter of heart ♥️ .

My Turning Point

In 2022, something unexpected found me. At this point, I realised already that self-employment will not give me the freedom and independence I was looking for. I was open for other ways to create a sustainable income stream as well as helping people to regain their health. That was the year I discovered network marketing through the products. The company we're talking about is LifePlus. At first, I was skeptical about the business concept. However, after trying the products myself for 4 months and the results I experienced I was open that it might offer me a real unique professional opportunity. I am very grateful I stayed open-minded (one of my strong character traits).

I began with a gut cleanse followed by a metabolic reset. The results were life-changing:
✨ More energy
✨ Better mood
✨ Lighter body
✨ Clearer mind
✨ Renewed health, even my autoimmune condition began to shift

But it wasn’t just my health that transformed.

I found an established business model that truly aligns with my values: freedom, independence, connection, purpose, and sustainability. I found a supportive community. And I realised I didn’t have to choose between a purposeful profession and income. I could have both. and so can you…

How I Can Help You

Before I spend time helping someone on their health journey, I always ask myself one question:

Are they truly ready for change?

Because healing isn't just about finding the right supplement, eating healthier or following a better plan. It also means being willing to let go of the habits, beliefs and daily patterns that may no longer be serving us.

Many people desperately want to feel better, yet at the same time hold on to the very routines, thoughts or comforts that keep them stuck. Not because they want to stay there, but because they're familiar. And what's familiar often feels safer than stepping into the unknown.

The longer we repeat a pattern, the stronger it becomes. Our minds create habits, our bodies adapt to them, and before we know it, they become part of our identity.

It's a bit like someone caught in a fast-flowing river, calling for help while still holding tightly to the rock that's pulling them under. The current isn't always the biggest obstacle. Sometimes it's simply our reluctance to let go.

Real healing often begins with a release of:

- old stories,
- limiting beliefs,
- unhealthy habits,
- the fear of judgment,
- the fear of becoming someone different.

Healing isn't about adding more. It's about creating space for what your body has been trying to tell you all along. Its about listening and letting go and allowing the new to come in, trusting the process, trusting in yourself, your inner intuition.

So if you're asking for better health, more energy or a new beginning, perhaps the most powerful question isn't, "What do I need to take?"

It's:

"What am I willing to let go of so my body can become what it was beautifully designed to be?"

Because when we nourish our bodies, open our minds and embrace change, we give ourselves the greatest opportunity to thrive.
Today, I combine my background in nutrition with a powerful, heart-centered business model that helps others feel better in their body and more free in their life.

Whether you're feeling burned out, disconnected, or just ready for something more, I’m here to remind you:
You are never stuck. There is another way. And it might be simpler than you think.

If you’re curious about improving your health, boosting your energy, or creating more freedom in your life, let’s talk.

My approach

My approach is very simple (provide the body with everything that it needs and it will heal itself) and easy to implement. I believe in the self-healing capabilities of the body. Our body needs 47 essential micronutrients to function optimally. Essential means that the body cannot create these nutrients itself, hence we need to provide the body with these nutrients in form of natural fresh food, fruits & vegetables, on a daily basis. These 47 essential micronutrients are all vitamins, all minerals, trace elements, omega-3 fatty acids and all amino acids.
Imagine your body is like a wooden barrel. Each wooden stave represents one of the 47 essential micronutrient our body cells need to function optimally on a daily basis. If just one stave is shorter than the others, the whole barrel can only fill to that level, limiting our energy, resilience and long-term wellbeing.
The body starts to struggle fulfilling its daily tasks probably, leading into all sorts of physical symptoms over a (long) period of time, months, years into illnesses and diseases.
In addition, regular detoxification and de-acidification of the body is essential. I recommend to do them twice a year. View them as your personal body MOT.

I support a range of health conditions, including autoimmune conditions, menopause, weight gain, lipoedema, hormonal imbalance. For more, see my Services.
